SOME OF OUR ALUMNI
Rehoming cats who would otherwise have potentially short, hard lives outside to new, loving homes is one of our greatest pleasures. We love to see how our alumni are getting on, so if you have adopted a cat or kitten from us, please send us updates to cats@tenlivesireland.org, and we will add them here.
Beyonce, April 2021
Beyonce came to us as a wild, scared kitten who had been living outside her whole life. She took a little time to settle, but turned into a sweet, affectionate, playful girl. She was spayed, vaccinated, and went off to her forever home, where she is (rightly) Queen of the House.
Paddington, April 2021
Paddington came from a large colony in Boolavogue and he spent a long time in foster care learning to trust people. We knew he would need a very special family who would give him time to build up his confidence and the space to live his best life. We eventually found him the forever home he deserved.
Spike, Xander and Dancer, February 2021
Spike and Xander came to us from a colony in Bunclody, along with their siblings Buffy and Giles, who sadly passed away from FPV. Xander had cat flu and ringworm when he arrived, but was nursed back to full health by his loving foster carer.
Dancer came to us with his sibling Vixen, who sadly passed away from FPV over Christmas. Dancer miraculously recovered from the virus, and once he was well again, we united him with Spike and Xander, and they quickly became fast friends.
All three were adopted together and are now living happily with their new forever family.
Comet, February 2021
This handsome boy was rescued from a colony in Enniscorthy, with a bad case of cat flu. He was nursed back to health by his devoted foster carer, and went from a scared little man hiding under the bed to a cuddle monster! He has now gone off to his forever home.
Cupid, February 2021
Cupid came to us with a broken tail, having been attacked by other cats in the neighbourhood. With some TLC in foster care, she became a sweet, playful girl, and have now gone off to her forever home.
Saffron & Tikka, December 2020
Saffron and Tikka (now Sybil and Branson) were taken from a colony along with their sister Cinnamon. They spent some time in foster care, to make sure they were healthy and well, and are now settled together in their new forever home.
Cinnamon, December 2020
Cinnamon (now Neit) is also enjoying her best life in her new forever home.
Tuppence & Clover, November 2020
These two boys were taken from an outside colony near Blackwater. After some TLC in foster care, they were homed together to a family in Wexford.
Tressa & Kade, October 2020
These two lovely siblings were adopted together, having been taken from an outside colony near Blackwater. They are now thriving in their new Wexford home.
